- Birth Certificate (original & photocopy)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school
- Report Card / Marks Card (last 2 years)
- Aadhaar Card of student and parents
- 4 passport-size photographs
- Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)

The child should be of the appropriate age for the class applied. For Class 1, the child should have completed 5 years of age as on March 31 of the admission year.
